Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Policy) refers to WSKR Limited, registered In Ireland as company number 660068.
- Website refers to the WSKR family of websites, accessible at https://wskr.ie, https://my.wskr.ie, https://business.wskr.ie and https://api.wskr.ie
- Platform refers to the Website and associated functionality and processes provided by the Website.
- WSKR Tokens refer to the digital tokens that can be directly purchased and redeemed via the Platform.
- Plugin refers to the WordPress plugin for use with the Platform.
- You refers to the individual accessing or using the Platform, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Platform, as applicable.
- Content refers to third party content that is accessible via the Platform. This content is not under the ownership of the Platform.
Refunds for WSKR Tokens
Refunds for WSKR Tokens refers to the refunding of funds used to purchase WSKR Tokens. Refunds must be requested within 5 days of the purchase of the WSKR Tokens and are permissible if (i) the WSKR Tokens were purchased by You and were not provided to you as a gift, reward, or other incentive, and (ii) none of the WSKR Tokens purchased during a single transaction have been redeemed or spent (only the value of the entirety of the WSKR Tokens purchased together can be refunded). Refunds will also be provided should a technical issue lead to an incorrect charge of Your credit card during the purchase of WSKR Tokens. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
Refunds for Content
Refunds for Content refers to the refunding of WSKR Tokens used to access third party content. Refunds must be requested within 5 days of accessing or attempting to access the Content and are permissible if the Content was falsely advertised, or the Content no longer exists. Refunds will also be provided should a technical issue lead to an incorrect deduction of WSKR Tokens from Your account. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
